Business address
A dedicated business address for you to promote your business as operating from.  You can use this on all your marketing material and stationery and this is where all your mail will come to.


Mail handling
Any mail received for your business can be forwarded to your nominated address, held for collection or opened and scanned to you.


Direct telephone number
A personalised phone number answered and transferred by the Opus Workspaces Client Services team, just like your very own receptionist.


Reception services
Access to reception services such as areas for meeting and greeting clients, administrative and secretarial support.


Boardroom & Meeting Room Hire
Utilise one of Opus Workspaces’ boardrooms or meeting rooms to hold client meetings. Please note use of boardrooms or meeting rooms is at an additional cost.

Opus Workspaces can have your virtual office package up and running on the same day.

Professional telephone answering is a service provided to virtual office clients in the Full Service Package. The Opus Workspaces client services team will answer your calls in your chosen greeting and then forward the call based on your instruction, for example you may want the call transferred to your landline, mobile or for a message to be taken.

Any messages you receive can either be emailed to you or sent as a text message (text message service is at an additional cost).

When your mail is received it is then forwarded via post by the Opus Workspaces team to your nominated address. There is also the option to have your mail opened and scanned to you (at an additional cost) or your mail can be held at 200 Queen Street for you to collect.
