Opus Workspaces at 200 Queen Street has a variety of meeting rooms and boardrooms for hire, perfect for your next business meeting or training workshop.

Meeting spaces can be hired on a flexible basis from hourly to daily to weekly and can be configured for a range of events including board meetings, presentations, training programmes, meditations, interviews, cocktail functions and more. The on-site team at Opus Workspaces are readily available to assist with your AV and catering requirements and you can also access reception and administrative services should you require them.

Room Types

Each of our meeting spaces has been designed to help you get the most out of your business meeting or event. Our brand new training room is the perfect location for a board meeting, training session, product launch or cocktail event and comes with state of the art AV equipment included in the room rate. The boardroom on level 13 is in close proximity to the reception area and is perfect for meetings up to 14 people. The smaller meeting rooms are ideal for smaller or more casual meetings and can seat up to 6 people. For all bookings the Client Services Team will be able to assist with any requests for catering, AV equipment, administrative support and for meeting and greeting your guests as they arrive.

Please speak with Opus Workspaces’ Client Services team for more information on the different catering options available for your booking.

Meeting rooms and boardrooms can be booked between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.  If you require a booking outside of these times, please contact us.

The boardroom and meeting rooms can be hired on an hourly, half day or full day basis. However, unless otherwise agreed, the training room is only available for half or full day bookings.

In addition, you will also have access to the following services on a user pays basis: Catering / Reception services / Telephone services
